If you see a transaction you do not recognize, please lock your card immediately from your card dashboard.
To dispute an unauthorized transaction, go to your dashboard and find the transaction in your Recent activity section. If it’s not visible, click on See all to view the Activity page. You can search for specific transactions by name or amount.
Once you’ve identified the transaction you’d like to dispute, click on it to expand it and then click on “Dispute” at the bottom of the expanded transaction. You’ll then be guided through the dispute process.

We are available by phone Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PT, excluding holidays. We'll also be able to help you replace your virtual card if necessary.
