If there is an error for a pending transaction, please wait for the transaction to finalize to ensure that it is indeed an error. Once the transaction settles, you can dispute it if it is incorrect.
To dispute an unauthorized transaction, go to your dashboard and find the transaction in your Recent activity section. If it’s not visible, click on See all to view the Activity page. You can search for specific transactions by name or amount.
Once you’ve identified the transaction you’d like to dispute, click on it to expand it and then click on “Dispute” at the bottom of the expanded transaction. You’ll then be guided through the dispute process.
