Physical cards typically take up to 8-11 business days to arrive. If you're past that period and would like to order a replacement card, go to your dashboard and click on the Card details icon. Choose the physical card using the toggle at the top. Go to the bottom of the page, and click on the Replace card button. You'll be guided through the replacement process.
